Delete Your Sap Sap Account and Data
You can request deletion from the Sap Sap app or by emailing privacy@sapsap.me. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your associated data.
How to request deletion
Option 1: in the app
- Open the Sap Sap app.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account or Privacy settings.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.
Option 2: email us
Send an email to privacy@sapsap.me with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or username connected to your Sap Sap account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your request is processed, Sap Sap deletes or de-identifies personal data associated with your account, including profile information, learning progress, app activity tied to your account, uploaded learning content, support identifiers, and notification tokens.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained only where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or platform-operation obligations. We may also keep aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.
Processing time
We process deletion requests within 30 days and send confirmation when the request is complete. If we need more information to verify the account, we will reply to the email address you used for the request.
